Terms of Service

Using Dispatch

Dispatch is an operational portal provided by Reavis Digital. You may use it only for an account and business you are authorized to access, in accordance with applicable law and the permissions provided to you.

Operational text alerts

If you verify a mobile number and give explicit consent, Dispatch may send operational alerts about activity associated with your authorized business, such as a new lead. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text alerts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. After an opt-out, Dispatch may send one confirmation message. You can manage available notification choices in your authenticated account.

Delivery and availability

Mobile carriers and messaging providers control parts of delivery, so alerts may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on Dispatch text alerts for emergencies, safety-critical events, or any deadline that requires guaranteed delivery.

Account responsibilities

Keep your account and contact information current, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not use Dispatch to transmit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited content.

Changes and termination

We may update Dispatch or these terms as the service evolves. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, businesses, Reavis Digital, or the service, or when use violates these terms or applicable law.

Contact

Questions about these terms or the Dispatch text-message program can be sent to [email protected].

Electronic communications

You agree that Dispatch and Reavis Digital may provide account, agreement, service, and operational communications electronically through the portal and the contact channels you provide. You may retain copies for your records and may contact Reavis Digital if you need another available format.

Optional text-message alerts require separate explicit consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text alerts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP without closing your Dispatch account or disabling other notification channels.
